To process any refunds or exchanges, please ensure you have your barcode and tax invoice available.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Regular Price Items:

  • Returns can be made within 3 days for a refund.

  • Exchanges are gladly accepted within 15 days of your purchase.

• Discounted Items:

  • Exchanges are allowed during promotion days.

  • Refunds can be processed within 1 day.

• Customized Grooms' Wear:

  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Perfumes & Jewelry:

  • Can only be exchanged or returned in their original packaging within 1 day.

• Personal Belongings:

  • Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal items. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
